Onlineclasses.org has an amusing flowchart giving pointers about when to post what online while looking for work and statistics about recruiters’ and hiring managers’ online research practices. Seventy-nine percent of hirers look at a candidate’s online presence. Seventy percent have rejected a candidate because of something they saw online.
