It looks like the Berkman Center’s license for RealServer, which is used to do streaming for Webcasts, expired yesterday. They’re trying to get the license problem resolved in time for Saturday’s conference.
Addendum 4/16: Dave reports on the BloggerCon blog that the Webcast problem has been resolved. Hooray!

It is now too late to register for BloggerCon. Some of the sessions will be Webcast and there may be IRC, so there are opportunities to participate without being physically present at the conference.
