I’m doing the Show and Sale at the studio next week. I’ve done about a dozen of them over the years. I started making soap dishes to go along with my soaps a few years ago and they sell like hot cakes (yay!!). The soap dishes are being fired today but here are my soaps waiting to be wrapped and labeled. These are cold processed soaps made with all natural ingredients and essential oils.

Those look fabulous! I want to see a picture of the soap dishes– if they’re half as cute as the soaps, I’m in love!
oh man – you have no idea what kind of obsession i have with soap. i seriously spent over an hour inside of LUSH the first time i found it in toronto. i have a $10 a month soap habit. my favorite is zum’s sea salt soap. my ALL TIME favorite soap seems to have disappeared off the planet – i don’t remember who makes it but it was a small cube, with groves on each side and slightly gritty like it had bits of almond in it – and it had the most heavenly clean and citrusy smell like lemongrass and grapefruit…with a wee touch of sweetness. right now i am using a citrus patchouli exfoliating bar from burt’s bees and it’s ok. one of the reasons i want to raise goats on my farm is so i can make goats milk soap. that’s how nuts i am over soap…..
Your soap looks great! Any chance you might start selling your soap and dishes in your store? That would be great…
