A big one and one that I see all the time, is the fact that one-income couples most of the time live in far way places, where not only the school system is not the best, but the income earner, invariably the man, gets to spend very little time with the kids due to a crazy long commute. Who benefits from this situation?

I don&#039;t see how I could value my husband and place on him the sole stress and responsibility of putting the food on the table. Sharing both responsibility and the fruits of labor is where my family value is.</description>
