ESD kills my usb flash drive :(

Sad, sad, sad.
Today, it was my first time to have ESD problem. ESD has killed my flash drive.
I had tried to connect my flash drive with a pc. When the two metal parts just touched to each other, there was spark. And then plug the flash drive into the usb port, the power light [...]
