The middle section of the speech &#8212; about the military, national
security, the 9/11 commission &#8212; provides the explicit design for how
the Democrats are and will attempt to neutralize any attacks from the
Republicans that they are against America.
Also, there&#8217;s been a lot of Biblical language and evocation of Lincoln and Kennedy in the speech.
