Oh my god!!!This program is really and truly awesome....I was listening to a radio interview last night(22/09/08)and heard former inmates talk about those horrible conditions they faced while serving their time....it really pained my heart to hear. The cells are 81/2" x 11", this is not even big enough for one person and they have between four to six persons in some of them.....they dont eat properly, get good medication, nor have proper sleeping places. The least the persons incharge can do is allow these inmates to have visits at least 30 minutes from their friends and families when its visiting period.....all they get is a mere three or five minutes....this has to stop!!!!! Although these persons have done something wrong, it doesnt mean that they should be treated in such an inhumane manner. I think they should be treated better and allowed to have a set period per week or month when their girlfriends or wives come in and they have their private moment.....I WANT TO HELP.....Kevin PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN DO SO.....I WANT BETTER FOR THESE INMATES. Love, Candia in Portmore Jamaica.

hey, i stumbled onto your web blog, and im very interested what set actually is. I am australian and moving to jamaica in december 2008 to finish off my study at the university. I would love to be part of it in some way or form. Very inspirational. I too believe individuals of community must have a voice and be identified to then make a choice and grow together as a community.
