Mr. Nesson,
It was great to see you speak at the PPA rally Tuesday morning. I am grateful for all the work you are doing around this issue. Thank you, too, for finding out that the Attorney General was the force behind the anti online poker provision in the casino bill. I would assume that she is also the one responsible for its presence in the 'racino' bill? Anyway, now I know who to send some letters to!
I agree that online poker could be a wonderful source of revenue for MA. I would think that a state like ours, with its emphasis on education, would want to support an intellectual game like poker as instead of slot machines!
Since online poker provides nearly 100% of my family's revenue, I hope we can keep this next bill, or at least its anti online poker provision, from passing too. Once again, thank you for all your efforts on this issue.

Sincerely,
Maeg Yosef

Im a little skeptical. I've heard second-hand the AG wanted no part of this clause and Ms. Coakley was one of the AG's not to sign this letter in support of the UIGEA. Not evidence, but reason for skepticism.
