    Joel should likely be very frightened at his prospects now. And for the sake of his client, this esteemed Harvard professor had best stop breathing the helium and get to work.

    Real work. Not academic work. He has a client to defend.
    Has he forgotten?
    Will he really hang his own client out to dry to make a philosophical point that remains wholly academic in light of the caselaw? I wonder.
