Turns out another Harvard Law blogger, Waddling Thunder, also noted in &lt;a href=&quot;http://waddle.blogspot.com/2003_03_02_waddle_archive.html#90200202&quot;&gt;early March&lt;/a&gt; the pamphleteering-blogging connection, quoting the Orwell language Rick Klau later includes in his Bailyn post and concluding with &quot;fellow bloggers . . . we are the new pamphleteers.&quot;  Glad to see lots of recognition of this virtue of blogging.</description>
