For those who are wondering, there have been (and are) a number of prominent Canadian philosophers.  A few of the more famous are Patricia Smith Churchland, Charles Taylor, Bernard Lonergan SJ, Will Kymlicka, Ted Honderich, Marshall McLuhan, and Michael Ignatieff.
