Treo Owners Sue Palm

I had about 10 Treos, each of which suffered a catastrophic hardware failure after about two months. I gave up when they stopped replacing them under warranty. I sorely miss the keyboard but my Motorola/WinXP phone has been working great for about a year.

As an avid user of the Treo I would say to someone that is not a technologist, at least at heart, you will find it… a challenge. It is not easy to get it to function as you would expect but with skill you can. It reminds of the early days of the PC.
