That summer internship looks like it would be one heck of a cool way to spend a summer. Makes me wish I was 10 years younger, and have way fewer committments.

If only my 400 glider and100 SEL hours were in helicopters–and I lived on the east coast. :-)

Sounds like a fun job for a flying computer geek, I must say.

If I were 20 and unencumbered instead of 31 and married w/ mortgage I would be all over this internship. What a fantastic opportunity…I hope you find the right person.

    Phil,
What a couple great opportunities, too bad I don’t fit either profile. One thing that isn’t mentioned in the internship posting is living arrangements; is there a way a student could live cheaply in Boston for the summer, or is the internship limited to those with a local domicile? Wouldn’t want a kid from Iowa to build a web server for nothing.
My youngest brother is in high school and aspires to a career as a computer game designer, and based on his SATs he has the aptitude to do the computer bit of your program; I really need to find out how he feels about aviation.

Looks like a great opportunity for a college kid. In your application requirements for the internship, you ask that the applicant send you the URL to the server that they’ve set up. Most high-school or college students aren’t likely to have an open IP address that would enable anyone outside their network to view the site they’ve worked hard creating.
