New photography articles: tourists and macro
I’ve written three new photography articles, all linked from the top of

One is on the merits taking pictures of big fat tourists. The next two are on taking pictures of very small things using a Canon 100mm macro lens and a Canon macro flash system.
Let me know how you like this (i.e., the usual comment moderation policy doesn’t apply; you don’t need an alternative perspective, just “I like Article X because of Y or Article Z should have more of X in it.”).

I like the article about fat tourists in beautiful places. I do not particularly like the fact that some images open in a new window and others do not. I understand it is now photo.net policy to open links to other sites in new windows; maybe an exception should be made for links to ‘philip.greenspun.com/images/%’.
