  1. In the 1970′s, the republicans began the WAR on drugs which has resulted in the occupants of our system being 48% for minor drug offenses to create a privatized system with ‘occupancy requirements’ enforced for the BENEFIT of the corporations!!! !

    The States sold the prisons to corporations and now MUST KEEP OCCUPANCY UP! ANOTHER SCREW JOB FROM THE REPUBLICANS!
