I am an Msc International Employment student from LSE. I am contemplting on pursuing ADRS and Arbitration, as I have a legal background. I have read some of the classic Negotiation cases Appleton Baker. Delischo-Bagger, Sally Soprano etc out of interest. Would you be kind enough to give me some glimpses into a nagotiator’s reflection of his performance? If I could see some reflection paper of SWOT analysis it would be great. As this course is not taught at lse, it’s a tad difficult to contemplate on the lines of the possible experiences of a role play.
