Dear James,

I think the same way about this issue. But due to the fact that an online encyclopedia as of its nature has a much bigger community of editors than a print encyclopedia the articles show many more facettes and views from different people and different regions. Also the articles can be more detailed.

Kind regards, Mark

I think the accuracy of an online encyclopedia will largely depend on the community of editors that develops and maintains it, in much the same way the quality of a print encyclopedia is determined by the, albeit smaller, group of traditional editors.
