		<description>On May 9, 2007 after a three week trial a unanimous Manhattan Supreme Court jury found James C. Couri to be a nuisance. The verdict will subject Mr. Couri to an order of ejectment from the apartment. The jury also dismissed all four of Mr. Couri&#039;s causes of action against the landlord. 

Hope springs eternal.</description>
