Looking for Bloggers for BloggerCon

The Local Host Committee for BloggerCon met last night.

1) If you are not a regular at Thursday night’s blog sessions, are blogging or very interested in blogging, and would like to come to the conference, e-mail me and I’ll forward your name and contact info to the person making the list of people to invite.

2) We are trying to assemble a panel of educators who blog and need suggestions. That panel can include people in K-12, higher ed, home schooling, teachers, students, or people supporting bloggers in those areas.

3) I’m also looking for librarians who do nifty things with their blogs. I’ve already got some of the bigger players in news and found Liz Donovan’s list of blogs. What about corporate librarians? Law librarians? Librarians in higher ed? Public librarians? School librarians? Rare book librarians?

4) Anyone want to sponsor a conference about bloggers?

I suggest to have a look at Sebastian Fiedlers http://seblogging.cognitivearchitects.com/ log where he blogs other people with a distinct interest in blogging in education!
