Diebold Stops Litigation
Tuesday, December 2nd, 2003The voting-machine company Diebold has stopped its efforts to use the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to block students from posting internal company memos about flaws in their machines to the Web. Diebold sent cease-and-desist letters to many of the offenders and/or their educational institutions, including Harvard University.
