Radio Shows that do Podcasting
are going to help me fill my new iPod.
Saturday is usually my day to veg with the radio. I tune to a local National Public Radio affiliate and just leave it on for hours. There are two shows I always try to catch. (They dropped a third more than a year ago and I still haven’t gotten over that, but what’dya know.) The rest is icing. I heard two stories on Weekend America I want to write about. Though I doubted their material would be available online yet ’cause it was still early in the afternoon, I went to their Web site anyway. I followed a link on their front page to information about podcasting, which they do. I hadn’t really thought about whether I could put radio shows on my iPod. Being able to listen to the shows whenever I want will free up my afternoons for more important things away from the radio, like skiing.
I wonder what other shows I listen to podcast.
By the way, for those of you who are near Cambridge, Massachusetts, and want to learn more about podcasting, the blog group hosted by the Berkman Center will focus on that topic on Thursday the 3rd. It’s rumored the meeting will be podcast.

“On the Media” does Podcasting. It seems like something you would like.
