Lots of Supreme Court Action Today
Monday, June 23rd, 2003The Supreme Court ruled on affirmative action in a much anticipated ruling. They upheld the University of Michigan Law School’s admissions policy that considers race as a factor, but didn’t accept the University of Michigan’s policies for undergraduate admissions.
