Attorney General Refuses to Rule Out Beatings, Shocks, or the Rack & Screw; Does Not Say Whether Waterboarding U.S. Citizen Would Be Illegal

Posted by stoptorture on February 7th, 2008

Remember how water(boarding)gate all began because Michael Mukasey, then nominee for Attorney General, refused to categorically say that waterboarding was torture back in October 2007? Well, today, Mukasey apparently added beatings, electric shocks, and the rack and screw to his moral and legal ambivalence list. Testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on February 7, 2008, Attorney General Michael Mukasey reached a new low, refusing to say whether even the “beating” of detainees would be unlawful and criminal. Watch the video of Mukasey posted by us by clicking on the image below left.

Today, Mukasey also refused to answer whether a U.S. interrogator could use the rack and screw or electric shocks. Finally, Mukasey did not respond whether it would be illegal for a foreign government to subject a U.S. citizen to waterboarding. Watch the video of that exchange posted by us by clicking below right.

If your outraged about Bush/Cheatie regarding every type of torture is just fine with them as Cheatie said yesterday on Fox News that “if interrogators went beyond legal means would that be a problem?” No,not at all said Cheatie.

Now the big shocker regarding “Domestic Enemies” WE THE PEOPLE, for the last 45 months investigated the heart of the problem of police brutality and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will not address our Freedom of Information Act and Appeal regarding our unique program, Truly Reforming Law Enforcement.

Our program outlines a five step program that for the first time in the 19,000 Law Enforcement Bureaus will have clear standards, training and policy/precedures of what officers must do when an officer is using excessive physical/deadly force.

The F.B.I. Director Mueller also has used the blue code of silence to not re-train all certified agents and agents in initial training as we have requested, nor have they returned one letter to discuss this matter.

PLEASE Yahoo our program name, Truly Reforming Law Enforcement and read the 5 step method to bring this nation to civility for the first time after 150 years of Wild West cowboy policing mentality.

WE THE PEOPLE, always have a plan B which will force the top U.S. Law Enforcement Officialswith their, ignore and maybe it will go away policy will not work on this subject.

    YES WE CAN!

You genuinely make it look so uncomplicated with your presentation, but I find this subject to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking ahead for your future post; I will try to get the knack of it.
