My Name is Negist Berihun. Polices inject me drugs and water boarding torture me and I feel like slaves came to U.S.A that they have no way-out I am the same way no-way out from these in human treatment by the government to cover-up false stolen and false sales, and Microchip implants. Now I sleep inside insect screen fabric bag put boxes inside tie the insect screen by rope inside sleep under the bridge between loop 410 and Bandera still they use Chemical Warfare and other, in San Antonio, Texas. I am homeless for one year and hungry and cold. But the United State Government Microchip Implants me since 1982 and decided to kill me.” Please help me to stop.
I came to the United State of America in 1982. I was born Ethiopia and I am an immigrant. For twenty seven years the U.S. Government secretly enter wherever I live on my sleep they put Microchip implants in my head and body they put Ghost and UFO in my house without my knowledge, they research (a Ghost Child or children) Will you help me to find it? I have no ward to say to the United State Government.
My complaint is my Civil Liberties and Civil Rights are violated by the Government use terrorism, denied the right to work, denied the right to hire an attorneys, denied the right to education and inject me drugs and water boarding torture in my sleep in my house and where ever I am in the night to cover-up Lowe’s inc, False stolen, False sales. I was working for Lowe’s inc. while I use a scan gun to scan their merchandised I developed Carpal Tunnel syndrome on 2003 not to pay for treatments Lowe’s store manager told someone to put a gift card in my vest pocket to produce evidence and I caught them. Death fright to my families and me from polices, spies and Lowe’s Inc. I know from 2003 they do it none stop. And when I call and reported to polices; polices are protecting them. To cover-up and reversed the government changes everything and creates new documents, order companies to produces fake sales invoices, poison me, and send people to take me to their house to inject me drugs and water boarding torture me and they will be prepared false witness, and told people not to hire me. Everywhere I go they told people insurance fraud and thief and on the street they call me thief and insurance fraud, but Lowe’s inc. fire for bad customer services. Secretly the government orders my ex-employers to fire me for years and polices tortures me for years.
To cover-up KB Home sales defective house that when I buy my house Gwinnett county polices and district attorneys office know and Countrywide Financial corp. put misleading information and to cover-up evidences finally the Gwinnett county polices and others order them sale my house illegally and possess my car illegally, Gwinnettee county polices and District attorney office Georgia know these. On the other hand “California’s attorney general has filed a civil lawsuit again countrywide financial corp. The attorney general Illinois plans a similar lawsuit.” KB Home has lawsuit too. Gwinnett county polices knows Lowes inc. hire Lawyers depend on the judges so that Lowe’s Lawyer use the judges and his office like their own office.
Lowes Company Inc lied and accused employers stealing merchandise put employees to jail and collect money. When I know all these the government wants me dead to cover-up. Lowe’s inc. store manager told someone to put a gift card in my vest pocket to produce evidence and I caught them, delete and add on my name on my log in I caught them over and over again. Lowe’s inc. and Gwinnett County Polices, Georgia, they said “these refugees or immigrants have nobody, they have no clue,” and they torture me by blacks, and everywhere I go Lowe’s Inc organized blacks and influential people, and gave promotions to blacks to cover-up false stolen and false sales and blacks are take it as granted.
Lowe’s Inc. have open door polices when we use that Lowes inc. gave to us to Polices. Now San Antonio Polices and they torture me and make my brain like a super marker all kind of people talk to me by microchips internally, like they make my house super market all kind of people in my house. The Polices, Lowes Inc, and spies in my sleep inject me drugs and Water boarding me, McDonald put poison on my food when I got vomiting from the food I eat from McDonald. Police order McDonald restaurants close the doors. They did while they see me vomiting. They told restaurants to put poison on my food. when I buy things they told don’t give me receipts, and they told merchants produce fake invoices, burn me by Taser and Laser light, all kind chemicals and electronics devices, inferred light, all kind bugs, Zap me in a zap gun all kind people enter my house and my car many people follow me a day, I am watch 24/7. When I called polices to report they protect them. My Ex-neighbor, Ms. Miller the minute I out my house she is in. When I was extremely sick they leave me a flyer hepatitis B in my book bag. They want me to move out of state of Georgia and I did. Now they want me to move out of the USA. I am citizen of the US and I was refuge and I feel like slaves came to U.S.A that they have no way-out I am the same way no way-out from these in human treatment from the Polices, spies and Lowe’s inc. to cover-up false stolen and false sales. They would not allow me to hire a lawyer, finally believing the constitutions I thought I sued my ex-employer and Gwinnett County Polices without the summon delver United States district Judge Orinda D. Evans dismisses it. It is legal frivolous and irrational. I request the court to finger print my house and my car and my stuff, also poison test the judge denied in 2008. Judges and their offices know Polices Georgia and Military microchip implanted me and put Ghost and UFO in my house, I am Microchip implanted secretly, and polices have problem that they cannot find someone to accused with and testify against me and Judges told polices to accuse my sister and arrest both of us to cover-up Lowe’s Inc. false stolen and false sales. I did not know Lowe’s inc. is protected by court and that Lowe’s inc. and polices promoted and hire blacks and they got more power from the judges. Lowe’s inc. harasses immigrants by Blacks while promoted blacks to cover-up false stolen and false sales.
The court did not stop them. They can’t stop secretly enter my house, then I lock by locker myself inside a bedroom and sleep, still they enter my bedroom; Then I tie the window and door by rope, people did not enter but the electronics devices did. Then I came to the state of Texas and I went to SPY store. Polices have Spies key that open doors and windows and Gwinnett County Polices use spy key to open my windows and doors I saw them inside my house many times; I hide myself under the table. Some places like restaurants or office buildings I cannot use restroom without permission from the United State Polices. In the night, on the road most of the time polices, spies and I, and they chase me by all kind devices internally and through things on me. And will you help me stop these torture and form of Slavery to over.
On August 2007, nobody in my house but Gwinnett county polices Georgia have my house key and left me a letter on counter top in the kitchen said”1-800-825-1500Ask SIU Special Investigation Unite to call them and on the log of the letter State Farm Insurance and address” I went State Farm insurance to my agent office. At the end of 1981 from overdose medication I was dead, Then God send me to land for peace, I did explain these the first time to U.S. government that Gwinnett County police Georgia want to find out by their investigation so I told them. The Polices would not allow me to communicate with anybody. I cannot receive mail or email, only I can fax, if I found a fax number and fax. I can not make a phone call they control it through the chip they put in my head in my sleep. They took mails and letters that many organizations and companies wrote to me. When I make phone calls they disconnect me or they answer the phone or they listen, or they record their false story by my voices, and San Antonio polices know where I am. But they can’t find someone to accused with and testify against me I have no relationships anybody the last twenty seven years. Gwinnett county polices know that Lowe’s Inc lie accused employees stealing and call polices and put them in jail and collect money.
Lowe’s inc. Fire the first manager Mr. Douglas Aldridge, then hire Mr. Julian, Lowe’s inc. store manager, he send black employee to my house and stole files and other. Then on 2006 and 2007 Lowe’s inc. main office fires the employee that went my house, fired Mr. Julian, fired the regional human resource manager, (he plans employee to hit or kill me), pressure to quit the regional manager, hire back the Mr. Aldridge and they make a deal with Gwinnett County polices about me.
After I came the United State of American I decrease hearing in 1982. In 1993 I went school at West Georgia College in the state of Georgia. In 1993 West Georgia College implanted Microchip-RFID on my sleep on my back and in the middle of my head with out my knowledge based on hate. Then on 09-10-2009 and 09-23-2009 on my sleep San Antonio Polices removed the chips and implanted prerecorded chips on my head to cover up Lowe’s inc. false stolen and false sales. They use me for all kind research. From that day on some part of my body jerks, I got extremely cold and soon I will be extremely hot all the time. Soon I change school but my memory deteriorated and I cannot read for second level English finally I drop out of college, Now I know it is microchips implanted that they control my memory so I can not succeed in life. I saw many doctors, then they told me it is sinus infection and PMS I know it is not. When I got weird direction I prayed about it and I did not know where it comes. For example, one time before I employed at Lowe’s inc. when I was watching TV I saw a police arrested a woman on TV then a man said to me law voice” you will be like her one day” I prayed and I asked what is it, I did not understood where the voice came from. I was preparing to put me jail after so many years I have been used. That is why I got a job at Lowe’s inc. in the first place, but before the plan go through I developed Carpal Tunnel syndrome using scan gun to scan their merchandized then Lowe’s inc. refused to pay for treatments, I was given to them by the government to use me for their inventory advancement.

My primary physician told me it is work related and workers compensation have to pay for treatment when I gave them the letters then the store manager said” she has no clue I am not paying” He told someone to put gift card in my vest pocket to produce evidence and I caught them I found out about Lowe’s Inc. false stolen and false sales and the person that put a gift card in my vest pocket Lowe’s inc pressure her to quit.. They told us they have merchandises shortage and to look for thieves, and I did exactly the way they train me. But I found out Lowe’s inc. people delete and add behind cashier’s work and put gift card cashier’s pocket. Then they call polices and put them in jail. Now I know Lowe” Inc. are lying these are the way advance merchandizes and collecting money from employees. When they put a gift card in my vest pocket I caught them soon my house is wire all kind devices and Gwinnett County Polices, spies and Lowe’s employees secretly enter my house and my car in Georgia and Texas. They are not allowed me to get a job; sometimes for twenty four hours without food and I eat 29 cent soup. The same people came to San Antonio from Georgia. I saw many of them. I called Polices many times. 01-04-2009 I meet one of them they send people to do to say all kind of stuff and car plate TX number 043ZNH. Immediately San Antonio Polices change car tag number, but they police gave me Case No 90010584or 90010384. When I go places like churches or Lawyer offices they told them to close the doors if they allowed me they sat in another room listen and told them what to ask me. A lady hit me by car so I can go to doctors’ office.
Finally On January 2004, Lowe’s inc, send me to Regain Medical center,( Regain Medical’s do whatever Lowe’s said,) Dr. Sandy said “I never heard anybody have wrist pain, then I saw to her the medicine I was taking, then she said I am a technician let me go to asked doctors and she went then Lowe’s inc Doctors and Lowe’s inc Lawyers took meeting, they told her she cannot change to something eels, then she came back told me I am a doctor this is Carpal Tunnel syndrome. Then Lowe’s inc. send me to Resurgents Orthopaedics, I saw Dr Scoot G. Quisling MD. On the fires visit problem crated then I hire a lawyer Mr. Daum. After some visit he changes it to TFCC tear that workers compensation does not cove. There is hostility between Dr Quisling and Mr. Daum. Dr. Quisling wants to win powered and money over Mr. Daum, Soon Lowe’s inc. said our doctors involved we are not allowed her to treat from any doctor. Polices put me a group of people by computer chip communications like group discussion to get witness, I hear the prisoners talking and prisons guard talking and calling my name, fax sound on my head. I thought it was a dream but it is real I was raped in my house. Even now I know I am Microchip Implants and I have no way to stop it and control my thought. The Doctor and the lawyer power and money straggle; illegally Polices and judges’ order to take my house and my car to the mortgage and finance company, and destroy evidences and the only choice they gave me to go to Sam Shelter, San Antonio Texas. Then they told me to go get money from charity I went a lot of them all of them collecting information to the government; they all told me they don’t have any money. Catholic charity, like others they put the government agent in another room they interviews me, From all I went I got ten dollars from the church that arrange to send me to Sam’s shelter told me to go back to your country. Then on October 7, 2008 polices electronic devices almost create fire, and the San Antonio Polices and church evict me.
Polices and Lowe’s inc. CIA illegal and secretly search, seizure my house and my cars and belongings they took my blood on my sleep and took my cars and search sleeping box. And they enter so many families and old friends house secretly, and changing their documents. Lowe’s inc. involved 13 doctors to work for them to have witness and to cover-up false stolen and false sales. I hire two Lawyers to sue Lowe’s Inc. for benefits but Gwinnett County polices and Lowe’s Inc. hires my Lawyers back and Lowe’ inc. Lawyer takes it out of the Judges calendar. Gwinnett county polices knows Lowes inc. hire Lawyers depend on the judges so that Lowe’s Lawyer use the judges and his office like their own office.
In Texas I rent small room on September 2008 and evict me on October 7, 2008. Then I went court judge granted me, San Antonio polices will not let me in the room that they went me to go to Sams shelter. They make me homeless and police will not allow me to go to the judge’s building to talk to the judge. When I went courthouse in San Antonio downtown polices escort me out of the building. They told me you are mentally sick you need to see doctors to cover-up false stolen and false sales. They want me doctor to diagnoses me mental sick to cover-up Lowe’s inc. fake stolen and fake sales. They involved from Pastors to psychic, from rich to homeless, form young to old, healthy to sick all kind of color and race. Polices mobilize the society against me to cover-up false stolen and false sales.
