They make me homeless and police will not allow me to go to the judge’s building to talk to the judge. When I went courthouse in San Antonio downtown polices escort me out of the building. They told me you are mentally sick you need to see doctors to cover-up false stolen and false sales. Laying on a concrete floor with two sets of handcuff around my wrists behind my back…..my feet tied together…dug in so tight that my hands tingled and all I could sense was the slippery sticky feeling of blood from where the handcuff were cutting through my skin….scared, all of my muscles in my shoulders, back, legs, arms, cramping….I screamed…screamed….kept screaming… the pain was so intense…in my brain I kept wondering when will my body just shut down….why isn’t my body shutting down….please body pass out…one day passes…no water….no food…I wet my pants…I am certain I will lose my hand….I am crying screaming….I lose my mind….two days have passed ….. no one has responded to my screams….in my my I for some reason start to recite …”Our Father Who Art In Heaven …….” ….I search for the remainder of the words ….after an unknown time span….I have found most of them ….I repeat it over and over in my head…..after more than two days …..blackout….then awake for a moment as I am kicked in the head and ribs……then blackout…….then awake walking down a street……wrists bloodied……two sets of bloody encrusted marks ring around my hands….no feeling or use of thumbs…..wounds deeply infected….with no idea how I got on the street from the custody of Government (S.E. Asia) Police….I want to go to a hospital…I am without my voice…I open my mouth and no words will come out….I try as hard as I can to speak but nothing…I have to find paper and use my hands to show people looking at me that I can not speak….a taxi driver gets out of a cab and hands me some paper and a pen….I write “Hospital”…..for some reason and in an truly human act he takes me and demands no payment…..it was a relief to have them scrub my infected wrists….they scrubbed them with Iodine…..bandaged them….and I as tried to exit the country….I was taken again….never charged…never one scrap of due process….thought I was dead for certain…as I was being held again at the airport a police walked up behind me while I was cuffed again to chair and boldly held his tasser behind my head and let off “tack-tack-tack-tack”…..as I was taken again without charge ….to detention ….”Our Father …..” over and over and over thousands of times….in my head…sometimes in a faint whisper to myself….while housed with 30 others in a room the size of the average American college dorm room……never charged….no contact….a young kid smuggled in a cell phone…one day…after my voice came back to me, I had lost it temporarily from screaming in pain……I asked can I please send a text message…..that message saved my life….I have never been the same……I am a Lawyer….I would not and did not ever resist…nor was I ever charged or told of a charge while in any state that could be considered as coherent…somehow my SMS to another lawyer saved my life….I was whisked off to an airplane in the night….but what about everyone else!
