A quick look at the Shamu Twitter account shows that updates are regular. In fact, a rough estimate shows that they send out Tweets five to ten times per day. This alone shows devotion to the service, and all but ensures that SeaWorld has been having some success with this marketing strategy.

Believe it or not, the support team for the @Shamu account has its own Twitter account – @teamshamu. Even though this account only has 200 or so followers, it is still a great way for the company to stay involved with fans, those who want to learn more about SeaWorld, etc.
