This study, sponsored by the Berkman Center and LexisNexis, asked a wide range of questions which I would summarize as:
- What new skills do lawyer need in the digital era
- How should these skills be taught?
- Who should teach them?
No small agenda, but I did my best to cover this field. It was helpful that several studies were released just before the paper, most important of which included the Carnegie Foundation’s Educating Lawyers.
