- YuleHeibel: Reiterating Johnson Street Bridge engineering soundness: built to handle not just STREETCAR weight, but also TRAINS. I.e., our bridge works.
- YuleHeibel: 2 bridges replaced (not refurbished) in Portland were from 1950s, i.e., NOT built to handle streetcar weight.
- YuleHeibel: Sharon points out that #yyj Johnson Street Bridge is in great shape to go into future b/c it was engineered to handle STREETCAR weights.
