Paul Krugman Joins Team Density | hugeasscity
danb comments on Paul Krugman’s recent New York Times column, Stranded in Suburbia, which Krugman wrote while in a Berlin mid-rise/ low-rise neighborhood (i.e., not in suburbia). I posted a comment back about amenities, and whether it’s possible to create architecture with amenities (or what the constraints might be) when you’re building on small (10,000 square foot) city lots and trying to stick to low-rise (or low mid-rise at best).
