My name is Hao Dong (Donnie), a legal academician and a licensed Chinese lawyer. My specialty covers IP Law, Cyberspace Law and Civil Law.
As a blogger, I started to write online in 1998.
As a lawyer, I was called to practise by China Ministry of Justice in 2001. My practice covers from civil litigation to IP strategy. I am now working at an international firm’s Hong Kong office.

As an academic, I joined the Law Faculty of Yunnan University in 2003. Then I worked at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) as a visting scholar during 2004-2005. Since 2009, I become a Fellow at Harvard Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
